Welcome to Reigate Squash Club
RSC has a thriving membership of around 500 players past and present, and is run by the members for the benefit of members. We recently celebrated our 75th anniversary and new members are welcome to join us at Surrey’s premier members squash club. We cater for a wide range of ages and abilities. It is up to members how seriously they want to take their squash, from social through to team play, but RSC fosters a friendly and welcoming environment for all.
Junior Squash: We currently have a junior membership of more than 80. They are coached on Saturday afternoons by our resident professional coach Alison Malynn. The standard ranges from beginners to county level and RSC has achieved England Squash Bronze club Charter status.
Team Squash: We run four men’s and one ladies team in the Surrey Cup and 5 veterans (aged 45+) teams and two vintage (aged 55+) teams who play against other Surrey clubs.
Internal League Squash: The club runs adult and junior leagues and comprising over 130 members. Entering this is a good way to meet fellow RSC members. The adult league covers a variety of standards from 1st team players to newly joined novice members.
Tuesday is Club Night: Open to all members to play in 20 minute sessions and challenge anyone to a game. It is a good way for new members to meet existing members and integrate in to the club.
Thursday Club Morning: 9:00 to 12noon open to all members.
Gym: We have a warm-up gym with stretching, rowing and cycling apparatus.
Social: The first Friday of every month is a social evening where members provide hearty food at an exceptionally low price. The clubs thriving bar is open in the evenings from 7.30pm onwards and with the modest prices you would expect at a members club, it also features some interesting local beers.
The Future: RSC is continuously upgrading its facilities for the benefit of its members. On-line court booking and payments were recently introduced and has proved a great success and made arranging games more accessible. A number of future investments are being planned which will ensure the continuing comfort of members and excellence of the club.
